Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze potential targets and implement action plans to achieve sales growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers in the BU Concrete sector.
- Ensure profitability and market growth through effective pricing and market penetration strategies.
- Manage Key Accounts and Projects effectively.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure product development and promotion align with market needs.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports, manage budgets, and ensure timely corrective actions.
- Utilize the Sika CRM effectively to enhance business outcomes.
- Degree in Chemical or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum of 6 years of related management experience.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
- Experience in construction chemicals and strong marketplace connections are essential.
