Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Prepare and type complex reports and correspondence
- Maintain office supplies and equipment
- Greet internal and external customers professionally
- Scheduling meetings and recording minutes
- Handle Guest satisfaction scores and VIP guests
Requirements:
- Saudi nationality
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Driving license and car ownership
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Typing speed of 60 wpm
- Able to transcribe from handwritten notes
