- Develop and implement security procedures and protocols.
- Monitor surveillance equipment and respond to any security breaches.
- Conduct regular patrols to ensure the security of the premises.
- Coordinate with local law enforcement in case of emergencies.
- Investigate security incidents and provide reports to management.
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Security Supervisor or similar role.
- Ability to lead and manage a team.
- Knowledge of security protocols and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Physical fitness and the ability to work in high-stress situations.
