Join Mövenpick Al Khobar as a Security Supervisor!At Mövenpick, we prioritize the safety and security of our guests and staff. As a Security Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a secure environment by overseeing security operations and ensuring compliance with safety practices.
Key Responsibilities:- Keep the Assistant Security Manager and Director of Security informed of all security-related matters.
- Coordinate with the Engineering team regarding fire and security responsibilities.
- Liaise with management and employees to address security issues and ensure loss control.
- Maintain regular communication with local law enforcement and fire safety officials.
- Ensure proper grooming at all times and attend scheduled training classes.
- Train security employees on the Resort’s regulations, fire prevention procedures, and life-saving techniques.
- Supervise the daily processing of security reports and maintain confidentiality regarding security matters.
- Conduct regular preventive maintenance of safety equipment in coordination with the engineering department.
- Control access for contractors, visitors, and suppliers at the back-of-house.
- Review the Duty Manager and Night Manager log daily, taking corrective action when security concerns arise.
Qualifications:- 25 years of experience in the security field.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to train, schedule, and supervise security staff.
- Knowledge of security operations and safety practices.
