هدف الوظيفة:
الإشراف على جميع أنشطة الأمن خلال المناوبة، مع ضمان حماية موظفي وممتلكات PDC في جميع الأوقات. كما تتضمن الوظيفة توفير بيئة عمل آمنة لفريق الأمن.

المسؤوليات:
  • تطبيق ومراقبة تنفيذ سياسات وإجراءات وأدوات الأمن خلال المناوبة لضمان الامتثال للمتطلبات الإجرائية والتشريعية المعنية مع تقديم خدمة ذات جودة للعملاء.
  • إعداد خطة توزيع أفراد الأمن وإدارة جدول عطلاتهم.
  • الحفاظ على سجلات حضور منتظمة ومتسقة.
  • الإشراف على أفراد الأمن في المناوبة المعينة، مع ضمان الحفاظ على جودة العمل.
  • التعامل مع مواقف الطوارئ والتحكم فيها، مثل الحرائق، والمشاكل السلوكية، والحالات الطبية الطارئة، وما إلى ذلك، وفقًا لإجراءات الاستجابة للطوارئ.
  • الحفاظ على سمعة مهنية للقسم والشركة والمجتمع.
  • مراقبة مركبات الدورية الأمنية وإجراء فحوصات منتظمة على المواقع والدوريات.
  • الحفاظ على سجلات الزوار وجميع معدات الأمن.
  • ضمان تقارير جميع الحراس للواجب بالزي الكامل.
  • الإشراف على أنشطة المناوبة وعمل المتعهدين الأمنيين، مع تقديم تغذية راجعة رسمية وغير رسمية لضمان الامتثال لمعايير PDC.
  • تدريب أفراد الأمن الجدد.
  • إعداد تقارير دقيقة وفي الوقت المناسب لتلبية احتياجات الشركة والقسم والسياسات والمعايير.
  • الحفاظ على تقارير أسبوعية وشهرية وسنوية لجميع الحوادث في KAP.
  • التنسيق مع المنظمات الأخرى داخل KAP.
  • ضمان الامتثال لجميع سياسات وإجراءات وأنظمة الإدارة المتعلقة بالسلامة والجودة والبيئة عبر القسم لضمان سلامة الموظفين والامتثال التشريعي والإدارة البيئية المسؤولة.

متطلبات الوظيفة:
  • درجة البكالوريوس مع شهادة في مجال ذي صلة، بما في ذلك الدورات العسكرية/الشرطية المتعلقة بالأمن وحماية المرافق.
  • شهادة ISPS-PFSO.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في الأمن الصناعي، مع سنتين على الأقل في دور مماثل.
  • إجادة مهارات الاتصال باللغة الإنجليزية.
