Join Nahdi Medical Co. as a Maintenance Supervisor!

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance of our pharmacies and clinics. In this role, you will manage a team of maintenance personnel and work to ensure the operational efficiency of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise daily maintenance tasks and provide custodial support.
  • Establish maintenance schedules and allocate resources effectively.
  • Monitor compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies.
  • Lead the corrective and preventive maintenance programs.
  • Assist in budget preparation and monitor expenditures.
  • Coordinate construction and refurbishment projects.
  • Conduct regular inspections and ensure safety standards are met.
  • Participate in hiring and onboarding of new maintenance staff.
  • Provide training and development opportunities for team members.

Work Environment:
Indoor (20%) and Outdoor (80%).

Job Requirements:
  • BSc Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • 3 years of experience in MEP Engineering (mechanical, electrical, plumbing).
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and Basic AutoCAD.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic.

  • Strong knowledge of maintenance techniques and machinery repair procedures.
  • Ability to diagnose mechanical or operational issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Understanding of safety procedures and regulatory compliance.

  • إدارة الميزانية: التعاون مع المدير الأول للمساهمة في ميزانية الصيانة، وضمان توافر الموارد اللازمة.
  • إدارة العمليات: الإشراف على النفقات النقدية الصغيرة لقطع الغيار، إدارة علاقات الموردين لتنفيذ العقود بفعالية، وتقديم تقارير دورية عن تقدم العمليات واستخدام الميزانية.

تتطلب هذه الوظيفة شهادة الثانوية العامة، 2-3 سنوات من الخبرة ذات الصلة، إتقان في برامج MS Office، ومهارات اللغة العربية بطلاقة. بيئة العمل منظمة مع 5 أيام عمل، يومين عطلة، ويوم عمل مدته 8 ساعات مع استراحة.
