Join Amazon as an Operations Supervisor!
As part of our team, you will motivate a group of individuals to meet targets and productivity expectations aligned with our goals. You'll be responsible for tracking attendance, monitoring workflows, and collaborating with the Shift Manager to address challenges as they arise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish a safe working environment by identifying safety opportunities.
  • Manage and train associates to ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Fulfill customer orders in compliance with quality and safety standards.
  • Provide critical shift-related information to management and operators.
  • Adjust labor allocation to meet plans and forecasts.
  • Engage with support functions to address performance issues.

A Day in the Life:
You will demonstrate strong communication skills and a commitment to leadership. Analyze data and motivate your team while prioritizing customer satisfaction. Flexibility in scheduling, including night shifts and weekends, is a must.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
  • 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and stand for shifts up to 12 hours.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
  • Experience in logistics.
