You should hold a degree in Electrical Engineering with prior experience in a similar role. Proven knowledge in developing and implementing electrical procedures is essential. A good command of English and the ability to find and rectify faults in electrical systems is also necessary.

- Supervise and coordinate activities related to the installation, repair, and inspection of electrical equipment.
- Maintain all electrical equipment in optimal working condition.
- Ensure all electrical control panels function accurately.
- Prepare and follow a preventive maintenance schedule.
- Maintain cleanliness of all electrical panels, motors, and appliances.
- Distribute work to subordinates effectively for best results.
- Ensure work meets specified standards and conduct safety checks on tools.
- Maintain records for preventive maintenance for future reference.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure satisfaction on quality and progress.
- Provide on-the-job training for engineering employees.
- Be aware of emergency procedures and what to do in emergencies.
