- Deliver courteous, professional, and efficient service at all times.
- Acquaint yourself with all food and beverage offerings and be capable of upselling items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to hygiene and safety protocols.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints effectively, ensuring swift resolutions are communicated to supervisors.
- Participate actively in staff meetings and training sessions.
- Contribute to inventory management and support the overall team dynamics.
