Join Lucid Motors as a Maintenance Mechanical Engineer!
At Lucid, we are dedicated to revolutionizing the luxury electric vehicle industry, providing exceptional performance and an innovative driving experience. As the Maintenance Mechanical Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance of our mechanical systems and equipment within the Body in White (BIW) lines.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine and preventive maintenance on BIW mechanical equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues promptly to minimize production interruptions.
Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures in alignment with OEM standards.
Coordinate with the dimensional engineer to establish the calibration plan for all jigs and fixtures within the BIW.
Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements or upgrades.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Support installation and commissioning of new equipment in the BIW line.
Train and guide maintenance technicians on mechanical systems and best practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in mechanical maintenance within the automotive industry in BIW.
Hands-on experience with BIW equipment such as conveyors, torque tools, lifters, and robotic systems.
Proficiency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
