At Rotana, we are seeking enthusiastic and self-motivated Food & Beverage professionals to elevate their careers.

As a Waiter / Waitress, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Perform all tasks to service food and beverage according to Rotana's performance standards.
• Greet and seat customers while serving them in a professional and personalized manner.
• Acquire in-depth knowledge of the food and beverage menu to assist and advise guests effectively.
• Monitor the quality of food & beverage served continuously.
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards in the outlet and service equipment.
• Prepare for service effectively (mis-en-place and mis-en-scene).
• Ensure minimal wastage and spoilage.
• Utilize upselling techniques to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.

Qualifications:
You should have a diploma or degree in hospitality or vocational training in food & beverage, alongside previous experience in a high-volume restaurant. A good command of English is essential, along with excellent guest service and interpersonal skills.
