The Opportunity: Senior Team Manager - Logistics

Almarai is seeking a Senior Team Manager - Logistics to join its team in Abha. This full-time role is integral to ensuring the efficient execution of daily transport operations within the logistics framework. The position requires 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to oversee transport supervisors, ensuring that planned shifts and daily operations are carried out effectively. This includes managing the timely delivery of products and collection of milk, as well as ensuring vehicles return to the Central Processing Plant (CPP) on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure transport supervisors execute planned daily operations and shifts.
• Oversee the scheduled delivery of products to various destinations.
• Manage the timely collection of milk as per operational requirements.
• Confirm that all transport vehicles return to the CPP according to schedule.
• Monitor and support the performance of transport supervisors.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in logistics, transport management, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and supervise transport operations.
• Experience in ensuring scheduled deliveries and collections.

Work Setting

This is a full-time position based in Abha, within a dynamic multinational team dedicated to supporting Almarai’s growth plans.
