مراقب المخزون في مؤسسة سذاب لتقديم الوجبات
إن كونك مراقب مخزون في مؤسسة سذاب يعني أنك ستكون مسؤولاً عن مراقبة جميع المواد الخام والمستلزمات الخاصة بالمقهى. ستكون جزءاً أساسياً في ضمان توفر المستلزمات بالكميات الصحيحة وتقليل الفاقد.
المهام الرئيسية:
  • مراقبة مستويات المخزون اليومية وتحديث السجلات أولاً بأول.
  • استلام المواد والمستلزمات والتأكد من مطابقتها للفواتير والمواصفات.
  • إجراء جرد دوري وشهري للمخزون ورفع التقارير للإدارة.
  • تنسيق طلبات الشراء مع الموردين بالتعاون مع الإدارة.
  • تنظيم وتخزين المواد بطريقة تضمن سهولة الوصول وتفادي التلف.
  • متابعة تواريخ الصلاحية وخاصة للمواد الغذائية والمشروبات.
  • تقليل الفاقد والهدر من خلال تحليل الاستخدام اليومي.
  • استخدام الأنظمة المحاسبية أو برامج إدارة المخزون بشكل فعّال.
  • التعاون مع فريق العمل لضمان جاهزية المواد وتوفرها في الوقت المناسب.
المتطلبات:
  • دقة عالية في المتابعة والتوثيق.
  • إجادة استخدام الحاسب الآلي وبرامج المخزون وبرنامج اكسل.
  • معرفة جيدة بأنواع المواد الغذائية والمشروبات.
  • مهارات تنظيمية وتحليلية قوية.
  • أمانة وتحمل مسؤولية عالية.
  • مهارة في حل المشكلات واتخاذ القرار.
  • القدرة على العمل الجماعي والتعاون مع الفريق.
