Hiring: Maintenance Planner (Saudi National)
🔹 Saudi National only
🔹 Experience in coffee equipment or electrical appliances preferred
🔹 Relevant technical background (Mechanical, Electrical, or Refrigeration)
🔹 Strong knowledge of maintenance planning and scheduling
🔹 Experience in spare parts inventory management
🔹 Ability to coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance
🔹 Skilled in tracking service records and technical reports
🔹 Bilingual (Arabic and English)
🔹 Based in Dammam

• Ensures all HR activities are aligned with company policies and procedures
• Responsible for end-to-end talent acquisition for the Dammam office.
• Manages the day-to-day HR operations by providing guidance, encouraging teamwork, and facilitating related professional work processes to achieve high-performance standards
• Manage talent acquisition, employee services, and payroll team members
• Prepares a foundation and creates a good work environment for the betterment of current employees and to attract new talent
• Partner with key internal stakeholders in managing the performance management activities
• Partner to forecast manpower requirements of the company, review and consolidate all company manpower plans, and provide input to related departments to make necessary plans for manpower resourcing
• Lead and oversee the recruitment process such as screening applications, interviewing, selecting candidates, making offer letters, finalizing employment contracts, etc. to ensure transparency and adherence to policies and procedures.
• Partner with external recruitment companies on a strategic level
• Oversees the provision of administration services such as answering HR-related queries, budgeting, etc., ticketing for CC-eligible employees proceeding on vacation, business trips or training assignments, processing of visas, medical insurance, etc. to ensure full assistance to employees in HR-related issues
• Accountable for ensuring timely execution of KSA payroll.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management, or relevant equivalent qualification
• Minimum of 4 years in a managerial position
• Excellent fluency in English & Arabic language is a must
• Strong leadership skills
