Join Neweast Group as a Warehouse Manager!
As a key player in our company, you will be responsible for the overall management and coordination of warehouse activities, ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, dispatch, and inventory control of spare parts. This role will oversee daily operations, lead warehouse teams, and implement strategies to optimize productivity, safety, and compliance with company and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Warehouse Operations Management: Plan, organize, and control all warehouse activities including inbound, storage, picking, packing, and outbound logistics. Ensure accurate processing of orders to meet delivery schedules.
  • Inventory & Stock Control: Ensure system stock accuracy and oversee stock audits. Investigate and resolve discrepancies while analyzing inventory movement for efficient replenishment.
  • Leadership & Team Management: Supervise and lead the warehouse team, conducting training and performance evaluations to foster a culture of teamwork and accountability.
  • Logistics & Distribution Coordination: Coordinate with transporters for daily deliveries, manage fleet utilization, and ensure proper documentation for all dispatches.
  • Systems & Reporting: Oversee usage and accuracy in warehouse management systems. Generate and review operational reports for stock accuracy and warehouse utilization.
  • Safety, Quality & Compliance: Enforce compliance with HSE standards and conduct regular safety inspections to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Budget & Cost Management: Prepare and monitor warehouse budgets, controlling operating costs while identifying cost reduction opportunities.
  • Process Improvement & Projects: Lead projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and introducing new reporting dashboards.
  • Communication & Coordination: Serve as the main communication link between warehouse, sales, procurement, and logistics.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in spare parts warehousing
  • Strong leadership skills and proven team management experience
  • Excellent knowledge of WMS & SAP
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-growing environment; proficiency in English and advantage of Arabic
  • Immediate joining preferred
  • Preferably located in Saudi Arabia
