About the Role

Alyaseen Agricultural Company is seeking a dedicated and experienced Logistics Supervisor to join its team in Al-Ahsa, Eastern Region, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is crucial for managing agricultural logistics operations across the Kingdom, requiring 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Purpose of the Position

The primary objective of the Logistics Supervisor is to efficiently manage and operate agricultural warehouses, ensuring the timely availability of agricultural materials and equipment. This includes organizing transportation and distribution operations between company branches and warehouses throughout the Kingdom, thereby ensuring seamless operational flow and precise inventory control within the Operations Management / Agricultural Logistics Services department.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of agricultural warehouses, including receiving, dispatching, storage, and ensuring material quality.
• Organize and manage transportation between branches and warehouses across the Kingdom.
• Develop accurate transportation and distribution schedules based on branch needs, in coordination with technical and field departments.
• Monitor the performance of warehouse teams and supervise daily operations to ensure discipline and quality standards are met.
• Implement periodic and surprise inventory counts, analyze discrepancies, and address their root causes.
• Ensure the application of safety standards for storing agricultural materials, such as pesticides, fertilizers, and seeds.
• Prepare accurate reports on inventory levels, material flow between sites, and overall logistics service levels.
• Develop and improve operational procedures to reduce costs and enhance overall operational efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of practical experience in warehouse management and logistics operations.
• Familiarity with inventory and warehouse management systems (ERP/WMS).
• High-level skills in planning, organization, and coordination across multiple sites.
• Proficiency in both English and Arabic languages is required.
