Key Responsibilities:

• Bookkeeping & Financial Management: Record daily financial transactions, maintain ledgers, journals, and trial balances according to Saudi GAAP / IFRS.
• Accounts Payable & Receivable: Manage vendor invoices, ensure timely payments, and follow up on client collections.
• Taxation & Compliance: Ensure compliance with VAT and Zakat regulations, assist with returns, and coordinate audits.
• Banking & Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flows.
• Inventory & Cost Control: Coordinate with production to manage stock valuation and maintain cost tracking.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly reports including profit & loss statements and support budgeting.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Finance, CPA, CMA, or SOCPA preferred.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial automation.
• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, SAP, QuickBooks) and MS Excel.
• In-depth knowledge of Saudi VAT and WHT regulations.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
