HR Specialist Required in Al-Ahsa City

Main Responsibilities:
  • Managing recruitment and selection processes and dealing with CVs.
  • Preparing and renewing employment contracts and following up on employee files.
  • Dealing with government platforms.
  • Preparing and following up on payroll.
  • Monitoring attendance, departure, and vacations for employees.
  • Supervising medical insurance for employees.
  • Applying HR policies and procedures according to the established system.
  • Preparing periodic reports related to human resources.

Job Requirements:
  • High communication and organizational skills.
  • Good knowledge of work systems and government platforms.
  • Ability to work within a team and handle work pressure.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office programs.
  • Experience of no less than two years in the field of human resources in the restaurant and cafe sector.
