Responsibilities:

• Government Relations & Compliance: Handle all government-related procedures involving various ministries, manage company licenses, visas, work permits, and monitor regulatory changes.
• Public Relations & Communication: Act as the company representative with government authorities and support communication with internal teams.
• Employee Affairs: Facilitate onboarding for expatriate employees and manage related government procedures.
• Administrative & Record-Keeping: Maintain organized records of government documents and track expenses related to PRO activities.

Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will be a Saudi National with a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, 2–5 years of experience in a similar role, and proficiency in Saudi labor laws and government portals. Excellent command of Arabic and English, along with strong attention to detail, is essential for success in this position.
