We at Arsan Al-Jazeera Company for Maintenance and Operation are looking for a talented and qualified maintenance supervisor to lead our team.

Job Description:
- Prepare a work plan and program and follow up on procedures to determine the type and nature of maintenance.
- Distribute tasks to the team and design their training needs.
- Prepare a preventive maintenance program and follow up on its implementation.

Main Responsibilities:
- Estimate the quantity and cost of materials needed for maintenance.
- Evaluate the performance of the maintenance team and follow up on their achievements.
- Develop the skills of the maintenance team by recommending specialized training programs.
- Document and save work reports.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, Mechanical Engineering Technology, Civil Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety.
- Preferred certifications: PMP, MCSE 2003, CIMA, PMI.

Skills:
- Advanced skills in machine maintenance, maintenance planning systems, supervision, and technical guidance.
- Preparing reports, forecasts, and performance monitoring.

Requirements

  • Requires 2-5 Years experience
