This includes managing the sales team, ensuring customer satisfaction, optimizing inventory, and driving sales success.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Process: Set branch objectives, analyze the market environment, develop execution plans, and monitor expenses to enhance efficiency.
Marketing Process: Assist in creating and executing the branch's marketing plan, including promotional activities and customer service.
Warehousing and Delivery: Manage warehouse operations to ensure efficient storage and delivery while monitoring inventory levels.
Human Resources: Oversee HR activities, propose staffing needs, and train the sales team to foster a positive environment.
Resources and Facilities: Ensure optimal management of branch resources, fixed assets, and administrative matters.

Qualifications:
Applicants should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Business Management and have 6 to 10 years of relevant experience. We are looking for individuals with strong skills in competitive analysis, marketing strategies, and sales forecasting.
