Job: Maintenance Supervisor

Description:
We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Safari Company. This role will be responsible for preparing a work plan and schedule, following procedures to determine the type and nature of maintenance, and distributing tasks among the team. The position also requires designing the training needs for the maintenance team and preparing the preventive maintenance program.

Responsibilities:

• Follow procedures to determine the type and nature of maintenance and estimate the quantity and cost of required materials.
• Distribute tasks and duties among team members based on their capabilities and skills.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of the maintenance team and assess their achievements.
• Evaluate the training needs of maintenance teams and develop their skills.
• Prepare preventive maintenance programs and monitor their implementation procedures.
• Classify, arrange, document, and preserve results and work reports.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, its technology, Mechanical Engineering, its technology, or Civil Engineering.

Certifications:
Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred, Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE 2003) preferred, Certificate in Business Accounting (CIMA) preferred, Project Management (PMI) preferred.

Skills:
We need someone with advanced skills in machine maintenance, maintenance planning systems, supervision, technical guidance, training, and report preparation and forecasting.
