We are currently seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Secretary to support our General Manager and ensure the efficient operation of the office.
Job Summary:
The Executive Secretary will perform various administrative and clerical duties to enhance office productivity. This role requires a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and the capability to handle multiple responsibilities while maintaining confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage executives’ schedules and appointments.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Organize and coordinate meetings and conferences.
- Handle emails and manage communications professionally.
- Maintain proper filing systems for accessible document retrieval.
- Track and order office supplies as necessary.
- Take minutes during meetings and distribute appropriately.
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Basic comfort with numbers for reporting and reviewing data.
- Ability to prepare simple reports and spreadsheets.
- Attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Experience supporting senior executives.
- Good customer service and interpersonal skills.
