Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage administrative duties including correspondence, scheduling appointments, and maintaining files.
  • Assist in preparing reports and documentation as needed.
  • Support office management by organizing office layout and maintaining supplies inventory.
  • Coordinate with team members to schedule meetings and follow up on action items.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in administrative processes.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external communications.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
  • Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in administrative roles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
