The Opportunity: AP Accountant

Red Sea International is seeking an experienced AP Accountant to join its finance team in Jubail, Eastern, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to managing the complete accounts payable cycle and supporting the finance function across growing operations. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience and focuses on ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments, reconciling vendor accounts, and contributing to month-end close activities while ensuring compliance with company controls and tax requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end accounts payable cycle, including invoice processing, matching, verification, and timely payment execution.
• Reconcile supplier and vendor accounts, investigate discrepancies, and resolve outstanding items.
• Support month-end closing activities, including accruals, AP reporting, and account analysis.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and VAT/tax requirements.
• Coordinate closely with procurement, project, and treasury teams to maintain accurate and on-schedule payments.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in an Accounts Payable role.
• Experience in a manufacturing or facilities-based environment.
• Familiarity with high-volume, project-driven payment environments.
• Experience in a listed company is considered a privilege.

Work Environment and Location

This full-time position is based in Jubail, Eastern, Saudi Arabia. The role involves close coordination with various internal teams, including procurement, project management, and treasury, within a dynamic and growing operational environment.
