This full-time role for an Area Maintenance Head is based in Al Jubail and requires over 10 years of experience.

Role Overview

The Area Maintenance Head will be responsible for overseeing all maintenance activities assigned to contractors within a petrochemical plant. This includes ensuring adherence to company standards for mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation maintenance, as well as managing daily site operations and supporting various departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute all assigned mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation maintenance jobs for the petrochemical plant in accordance with Company standards.
• Provide regular reports on maintenance execution within the CMMS system for SATORP’s Plant.
• Offer necessary support to the planning and scheduling supervisor.
• Support the company's reliability department with bad actor analysis.
• Prepare weekly reports and discuss findings in maintenance meetings.
• Manage day-to-day site activities.
• Review and enhance personnel knowledge through job-specific training, coordinating with the Head of HR.
• Ensure compliance with all safety requirements during job execution phases.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Strong knowledge of refining equipment, team management, and piloting maintenance contracts.
• Good understanding of safety rules.
• Proven leadership skills within large organizations.
