About the Role

Amentum is seeking an MH-60R Aviation Logs and Records AZ to join their team in Al Jubail, Eastern Province. This full-time role involves managing and sustaining all aircraft logbooks, aeronautical equipment service records, and maintenance files for MH-60 aircraft, ensuring compliance with CNAFINST *** series and applicable instructions. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize current management information systems to maintain aircraft forms and records as required by the customer.
• Draft and submit aircraft/engine management and Inventory Reporting System reports in a timely manner.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and yearly reports as assigned.
• Process readiness documents, administer the aircraft configuration status accounting program, and verify aircraft utilization reports.
• Monitor aircraft configuration status, weight and balance, and aircraft inventory data for accuracy.
• Initiate and distribute applicable maintenance forms in accordance with established procedures.
• Assist in the preparation of the Monthly Maintenance Plan.
• Monitor, verify, and log Support Equipment Custody records, Aviation Armament Equipment, aircraft inventory records, and Technical Directives as applicable.
• Maintain work-center technical publication annex library as required.
• Provide technical assistance, guidance, and instruction.
• Perform data processing, data entry, and administrative support in systems such as NALCOMIS Optimized Organizational Maintenance Activity (OOMA), MH-60R Automated Maintenance Environment (AME), Integrated Maintenance Data System (IMDS), Comprehensive Engine Trending and Diagnostics System (CETADS), and Comprehensive Engine Management System (CEMS).
• Comply with Foreign Object Damage (FOD), Hazardous Waste Program, and Tool Control Programs.
• Adhere to all established general and industrial safety rules and regulations applicable to the contract, facility, and job assignment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Logs and Records Work Center Supervisor.

Required Experience and Skills

• 2-5 years of experience in aircraft logs and records management.
• Proficiency in current management information systems for aircraft forms and records.
• Ability to draft and submit various reports accurately and on time.
• Experience with aircraft configuration status accounting and utilization reports.
• Familiarity with NALCOMIS OOMA, MH-60R AME, IMDS, CETADS, and CEMS.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
• Professional demeanor when interacting with customers and co-workers.

Work Environment

The primary work environment is an office setting, with occasional requirements to work in aircraft hangar and shop areas. Exposure to noise hazards is minimal. The role may involve handling hazardous materials and requires administrative duties such as occasional kneeling, standing, stooping, and bending. The ability to lift up to 50 lbs is required. The position involves prolonged periods of sitting, standing, and keyboard input. Travel in support of detachments of unknown duration may be necessary.
