The Role of Flagman

KBR, Inc. is seeking a Flagman to join its team in Al Jubail, Eastern Region. This full-time position requires 2-5 years of experience and focuses on ensuring site safety through effective traffic guidance and adherence to established protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide traffic on site to maintain smooth operations and prevent incidents.
• Ensure safe driving practices are followed by all personnel and vehicles.
• Maintain awareness and strict adherence to SATORP's Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) rules.
• Possess proper knowledge regarding Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and its correct usage.
• Attend all scheduled safety and technical training sessions.
• Meet the requirements of competency-based training programs.

Required Experience and Skills

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience is required for this role.
• Demonstrated understanding of site traffic management and safety protocols.
• Proficiency in applying HSE rules and regulations.
• Ability to effectively communicate and direct traffic.
