HSE Officer

About the Role

Agile Consultants is seeking an HSE Officer to join a manufacturing facility in Jubail, Eastern, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves supporting workplace health, safety, and environmental activities. The role requires 2-5 years of experience and offers a salary of up to SAR 8,000.

Role Overview

The HSE Officer will be responsible for implementing and maintaining health, safety, and environmental standards within the manufacturing environment. Key activities include conducting risk assessments, investigating incidents, performing safety inspections, and delivering safety awareness sessions to employees. The successful candidate will also manage and maintain all relevant HSE documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct workplace risk assessments to identify potential hazards and recommend appropriate safety measures.
• Investigate workplace incidents and accidents, document findings, and support corrective and preventive actions.
• Perform regular workplace safety inspections to identify unsafe conditions and practices.
• Deliver toolbox talks to employees to promote safety awareness and safe working practices.
• Maintain accurate HSE reports, inspection records, and incident investigation documentation.
• Prepare and maintain HSE audit records and supporting documentation.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in a relevant HSE role.
• Demonstrated experience in conducting workplace risk assessments and safety inspections.
• Knowledge of incident investigation and reporting procedures.
• Experience delivering toolbox talks and workplace safety awareness sessions.
• Ability to maintain comprehensive HSE reports, records, and audit documentation.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.

This position is based in Al Jubail, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia, at a manufacturing facility.

Compensation

The salary for this role is up to SAR 8,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
