About the Role

CG Resourcing Ltd is seeking an experienced Manager Contractor Mechanical Oil & Gas to join a leading international contractor. This full-time position is based in Al Jubail, Eastern, Saudi Arabia, and involves working on the construction of a large-scale gas processing plant.

Role Overview

The Contracts Manager will be responsible for leading all contract-related matters throughout the project lifecycle. This role requires strategic contractual advice, risk mitigation, and effective management of various agreements to ensure compliance and successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the administration of all contract-related matters across the project lifecycle.
• Review, negotiate, and manage EPC contracts, subcontracts, and supplier agreements.
• Provide strategic contractual advice to project leadership and commercial teams.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate contractual risks and opportunities.
• Manage claims, variations, and dispute resolution processes.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, local regulations, and company policies.
• Support procurement and project controls teams in contract execution.

Qualifications and Experience

• Demonstrated experience as a Contracts Manager.
• 5-10 years of relevant experience in contract management, preferably within the oil and gas or large-scale industrial construction sector.
• Experience with EPC contracts and managing complex project agreements.

Work Setting

This is a full-time position located in Al Jubail, Eastern, Saudi Arabia, working on a significant gas processing plant construction project.
