Role Overview

Abunayyan Holding is seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves providing senior contractual and commercial leadership across major and complex projects.

Key Responsibilities and Project Scope

The Senior Contracts Manager will be responsible for leading contractual and commercial aspects within a diverse portfolio of projects. This includes engagement with EPC, EPCM, O&M, joint venture, consortium, and framework arrangements. The role requires a candidate with extensive experience in managing complex contracts, particularly within the water, wastewater, desalination, or heavy industrial EPC/EPCM sectors.

Required Experience

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in contracts and commercial management.
• At least 5 years in a senior or lead capacity within contracts management.
• Strong background in Water, Wastewater, Desalination, or heavy industrial EPC/EPCM projects.

Essential Skills and Knowledge

• In-depth knowledge of FIDIC and other standard forms of contract.
• Strong understanding of the contractual and regulatory framework in Saudi Arabia and the GCC.
• Proven experience in negotiating and administering high-value contracts, including Joint Venture (JV) and consortium agreements.
• Demonstrated experience in claims management, entitlement analysis, dispute resolution, adjudication, and/or arbitration.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certifications or memberships such as MCIArb, MRICS, CCM, or FCCM are highly preferred.
