  • Provide training and support in "hard goods" inventory management methods and SAP transactions.
  • Work with operations and maintenance teams to understand plant issues and execute cost-effective solutions for resolution, ensuring customer satisfaction on safety, reliability, product quality, and flexibility on product supply.

Safety and Compliance Leadership

The incumbent will provide and maintain a safe work environment, demonstrating leadership with all company and industry safe work processes to prevent injuries. This includes ensuring compliance with company safety, health, and environment standards, fulfilling mandatory safety requirements, and contributing to the development of EH&S related procedures in support of warehouse activities. The role also involves managing the safe storage of capital spares both onsite and offsite, and supervising warehouse contractors to ensure the safety and reliability philosophy is followed for all assigned site-related activities.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 5 to 10 years of experience in material and warehouse management, preferably within an industrial setting.
  • Proficiency in SAP for managing bill of materials and inventory is essential.
  • Strong understanding of inventory control, stock optimization, and supply chain logistics.
  • Ability to understand environmental regulatory requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to ensure compliance with company standards and best practices for warehouse management.
