Red Sea International - RSI is seeking a Nurse to join our healthcare team in Al Jubail, Eastern region. This is a full-time position for a compassionate, detail-oriented, and motivated professional with 0-1 years of clinical experience. The role focuses on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care and collaborating with medical professionals to support optimal patient outcomes.

Role Overview

The Nurse will be responsible for providing direct patient care, conducting clinical assessments, and ensuring adherence to clinical protocols. This position offers an opportunity for an early-career nurse to develop clinical expertise within a supportive environment and contribute to patient well-being.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments, including monitoring vital signs and health status.
• Administer medications (oral, IV, IM) and treatments in compliance with clinical protocols and physician orders.
• Perform routine clinical tasks such as wound care, dressing changes, IV insertion, and specimen collection.
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records (EHR / EMR) for assessments, care plans, and progress notes.
• Collaborate with physicians, senior nursing staff, and allied health professionals to implement individual care plans.
• Educate patients and their families on medical conditions, discharge instructions, and preventative care.
• Adhere to safety, hygiene, and infection control standards to maintain a safe clinical environment.

Qualifications and Experience

• Registered Nurse qualification.
• 1 to 2 years of clinical experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
