Role Overview: Quantity Surveyor (Saudi National)

KBR is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join its team in Al Jubail, Eastern Province. This is a full-time position focused on contracts management and procurement. The role requires a Saudi National with 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare preliminary cost estimates based on drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Measure quantities and compile detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for estimations.
• Monitor ongoing project costs against the established budget.
• Reconcile all project costs at completion for final settlement and account preparation.
• Assess contractor claims and certify interim payments for valuations and progress.

Qualifications and Experience

• Saudi National.
• 5-10 years of experience in quantity surveying, contracts management, and procurement.

Work Type and Location
