Nama Chemicals Co. is seeking a Sales Representative to join its team in Al Jubail. This full-time position is integral to the company's engagement with its customer base and its sales objectives within the chemical and industrial products sector.

The Role of a Sales Representative

The Sales Representative serves as the primary point of contact between Nama Chemicals Co. and its customers. This role involves direct communication with clients, promoting company products, gathering information on customer requirements, taking orders, closing deals, and ensuring timely follow-up on all orders. Each Sales Representative is assigned a specific area or product line, contributing directly to sales targets and customer satisfaction. This position may encompass various titles such as Sales Specialist, Sr. Sales Specialist, and Lead Sales Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote, develop, and maintain relationships with existing customers while engaging new prospects to increase sales volume.
• Achieve sales volume targets and maximize contribution for assigned accounts.
• Address customer inquiries regarding products and their uses, providing comprehensive information, commercial terms, and other contract-specific data.
• Handle customer complaints, investigate problems thoroughly, and resolve them promptly in accordance with established customer complaint procedures.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing management on larger and more complex accounts.
• Understand departmental hierarchy, accept guidance from management as needed, and exercise basic decision-making authority.
• Prepare detailed reports on sales and marketing results, backlog, forecasts, account status, market situation, and competitor activities and behavior.
• Adhere to company standard concepts, practices, and procedures in all sales activities.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• University Degree from a reputable institution in Management, Engineering, Business, or Industry.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Between 2 to 4 years of experience in selling chemical and industrial products, both locally and globally, including client management, understanding requirements, and fostering strong customer relationships for repeat business.
• Fresh graduates with minimum experience (0-1 years) who demonstrate potential and the ability to learn quickly and assume job responsibilities independently within a short period are also encouraged to apply.

This is a full-time position based in Al Jubail. The role requires consistent presence and engagement within the assigned territory or product line.
