Service Engineer

About the Role

Endress+Hauser Group is seeking a Service Engineer to join their team in Al Jubail, Eastern region. This full-time position involves providing high-quality technical support and professional service to customers, ensuring the optimal performance of Endress+Hauser instrumentation. The role requires 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional service and technical support to Endress+Hauser customers.
• Prepare thoroughly for service visits, including identifying request types, necessary tools, documentation, spare parts, and standard operating procedures/work instructions.
• Document service calls accurately and professionally on-site.
• Conduct training for customer maintenance staff on the maintenance, repair, and commissioning of Endress+Hauser instrumentation.
• Manage repairs, returns, and spare parts.
• Develop and maintain a service database for customers, installed base, complaints, and feedback.
• Provide feedback to the Sales team regarding potential opportunities to sell Endress+Hauser products/solutions.
• Perform root cause problem analysis and resolution on-site, utilizing personal and internal expertise.
• Determine possible system faults prior to on-site service calls to identify required test equipment and spare parts.
• Manage relationships with customers in both pre and post-service/sales environments, supporting External Sales.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of experience in a relevant field. The following qualifications and experiences are considered advantageous:

• Experience with Tank Gauging Systems.
• Metrology and Calibration Certifications with practical experience.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience with Endress+Hauser instruments.
• Experience with CRM systems (*, Salesforce) and SAP Service/Maintenance modules.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 17025, and ISO 45000 standards.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Al Jubail, within the Eastern region, focusing on providing critical service and support to Endress+Hauser customers.
