About the Warehouse Specialist Role

Jubail and Yanbu Industrial Cities Services Company (JABEEN) is seeking a Warehouse Specialist to join their team in Al Jubail, Eastern Region. This full-time position is ideal for an individual with 0-1 years of experience looking to contribute to efficient warehouse operations.

Core Responsibilities

The Warehouse Specialist will be responsible for the comprehensive management of goods and materials within the warehouse. Key duties include overseeing the receipt of all incoming items, ensuring they align with purchase orders and specifications. The role also involves organizing and maintaining accurate inventory records, adhering to best practices in inventory management. This includes performing daily and weekly inventory checks to ensure data integrity and compliance with established systems.

  • Supervising the receipt of goods and materials, verifying compliance with purchase orders and specifications.
  • Organizing warehouse inventory according to established standards and best practices.
  • Performing daily and weekly inventory counts to ensure accuracy and system compliance.
  • Maintaining inventory organization within the established ERP system.
  • Preparing daily reports detailing warehouse and inventory movements.
  • Monitoring inventory levels and generating re-order requests as needed.
  • Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of all warehouse data.
  • Receiving returned inventory from departments, verifying condition, quantity, and compliance with standards.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Warehouse Management, Logistics, or Industrial Management. The role requires 0-3 years of experience in warehouse operations or a related field. Familiarity with warehouse management principles and inventory control is essential. A strong understanding of executing purchase orders and the receiving process is also required.

Strong computer skills, including expertise in Microsoft Office programs, are also required for effective data management and reporting.
