About the Team Leader (Bakery) Role

Role Overview

The Team Leader will be responsible for organizing and supporting their assigned shift to ensure production plans are executed within agreed timeframes, adhering to defined quality standards and budgetary controls. This role involves supervising and managing operators to ensure efficient operations while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Bakery or Food Technology.
• 3 years of experience in a similar position within a Bakery setting.
• Experience in the production of bread and pastry products.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
