About the Senior Team Manager Role

Almarai is seeking a Senior Team Manager for its Manufacturing department, based in Al-Kharj. This full-time position is integral to the efficient and cost-effective operation of the Blow Moulding Plant, ensuring the consistent production of high-quality products. Role Context and Responsibilities

The Senior Team Manager will play a key role in supporting the Blow Moulding Plant Manager. The primary objective is to ensure the plant operates in a cost-effective, timely, and efficient manner while upholding stringent product quality standards. This role requires a focus on operational excellence and adherence to established manufacturing protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Blow Moulding Plant Manager in achieving cost-effective, timely, and efficient plant operations.
• Maintain and ensure high product quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this position must meet the following criteria:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• A minimum of five (5) years of experience in a similar role within the plastic industry.
• Demonstrated competency in plastic processing and a solid understanding of industry norms.
• Familiarity with quality and process management systems including ISO 9001-2000, ISO 22000, HACCP, and GMP.
• Knowledge of Continuous Improvement methodologies such as TPM, Lean, and Six Sigma, as well as Industrial Engineering principles.
• Experience in the production of cultured products is considered an advantage.
