Role Summary:
The Senior Maintenance Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of facility systems and manufacturing equipment through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs. Your contributions will help achieve maintenance operational standards and support our commitment to safety and productivity.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Daily Operations:
    • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures.
    • Monitor maintenance expenditures and implement corrective actions.
    • Ensure equipment reliability through preventive maintenance and repairs.
  • Safety, Quality & Environment:
    • Report safety risks on time and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
    • Adhere to all food safety system standards.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Participate in operational excellence initiatives.
  • Policies, Processes & Procedures:
    • Implement departmental policies to ensure controlled task execution.
  • Reporting:
    • Complete departmental reports accurately and on time.
Job Requirements:
  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience in dairy process operations.
  • Strong mechanical skills in troubleshooting and restoring process equipment.
  • Leadership skills to guide technicians and coordinate cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
