⚙️ Main Responsibilities:
Planning and organizing production operations from the raw materials preparation stage to the final product.
Managing, operating, and monitoring drying, grinding, and packaging equipment, and ensuring their operational efficiency.
Controlling quality standards during production and inspecting final products.
Analyzing production problems and proposing solutions to improve performance and reduce costs.
Supervising the work team within the production line and distributing tasks.
Monitoring the inventory of raw materials and auxiliary materials.
Implementing occupational safety procedures within the work environment.
Cooperating with other departments such as quality, maintenance, and procurement.

🌱 Required Experience:
Previous experience in agriculture or dealing with medicinal/aromatic plants.
Practical knowledge of herbal powder production lines.
Experience in drying, grinding, and processing operations.
The ability to improve production processes (Process Optimization).
Knowledge of the fundamentals of quality and safety systems.

🧠 Skills:
Analytical thinking and problem-solving.
Time management and organizational skills.
The ability to lead and work within a team.
Proficiency in using reporting and production software (such as Excel or ERP systems).

🎓 Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in agricultural/industrial/food engineering or a related field.
