About the Role:As the Operations Manager, you will:
- Manage DWM and DF operations, ensuring efficient project execution and client satisfaction.
- Lead a dedicated team to achieve operational excellence and meet company standards.
- Drive business growth through new opportunities and nurturing client relationships.
- Ensure compliance with QHSE policies, regulations, and local authority standards.
- Develop and implement operational strategies, budgets, and performance targets.
- Collaborate with sales teams for technical proposals and presentations.
- Oversee project planning, execution, and closure, ensuring timely delivery and cost control.
Key Responsibilities Include:- Managing daily operations within the Oil & Gas sector.
- Leading and mentoring your team for optimal performance.
- Maintaining a focus on safety and compliance.
Required Experience & Skills:- 8+ years in DWM and/or DF operations within the UAE Oil & Gas sector.
- Proven track record in managing operations and leading teams.
- Strong understanding of drilling operations, waste management processes, and drilling fluids.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- A degree or diploma in engineering, petroleum science, or a related field.
- Valid UAE residency and right to work.
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience in business development and sales.
- Strong commercial skills, including contract management and negotiation.
- Proficiency in CRM and operational software.
