We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our Drilling Waste Management (DWM) and Drilling Fluids (DF) operations. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Saudi Arabia, with opportunities for career progression in a dynamic environment.

About the Role:
As the Operations Manager, you will:

Manage DWM and DF operations, ensuring efficient project execution and client satisfaction.
Lead a dedicated team to achieve operational excellence and meet company standards.
Drive business growth through new opportunities and nurturing client relationships.
Ensure compliance with QHSE policies, regulations, and local authority standards.
Develop and implement operational strategies, budgets, and performance targets.
Collaborate with sales teams for technical proposals and presentations.
Oversee project planning, execution, and closure, ensuring timely delivery and cost control.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Managing daily operations within the Oil & Gas sector.
Leading and mentoring your team for optimal performance.
Maintaining a focus on safety and compliance.

Required Experience & Skills:

8+ years in DWM and/or DF operations within the UAE Oil & Gas sector.
Proven track record in managing operations and leading teams.
Strong understanding of drilling operations, waste management processes, and drilling fluids.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
A degree or diploma in engineering, petroleum science, or a related field.
Valid UAE residency and right to work.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in business development and sales.
Strong commercial skills, including contract management and negotiation.
Proficiency in CRM and operational software.
