We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our Drilling Waste Management (DWM) and Drilling Fluids (DF) operations. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Saudi Arabia, with opportunities for career progression in a dynamic environment.

About the Role:
As the Operations Manager, you will:

• Manage DWM and DF operations, ensuring efficient project execution and client satisfaction.
• Lead a dedicated team to achieve operational excellence and meet company standards.
• Drive business growth through new opportunities and nurturing client relationships.
• Ensure compliance with QHSE policies, regulations, and local authority standards.
• Develop and implement operational strategies, budgets, and performance targets.
• Collaborate with sales teams for technical proposals and presentations.
• Oversee project planning, execution, and closure, ensuring timely delivery and cost control.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Managing daily operations within the Oil & Gas sector.
• Leading and mentoring your team for optimal performance.
• Maintaining a focus on safety and compliance.

Required Experience & Skills:

• 8+ years in DWM and/or DF operations within the UAE Oil & Gas sector.
• Proven track record in managing operations and leading teams.
• Strong understanding of drilling operations, waste management processes, and drilling fluids.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• A degree or diploma in engineering, petroleum science, or a related field.
• Valid UAE residency and right to work.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in business development and sales.
• Strong commercial skills, including contract management and negotiation.
• Proficiency in CRM and operational software.
