Program Summary:
We support the 378 ECES by ensuring mission-critical Installation Engineering, Asset Management, and Real Property support at Prince Sultan Air Base.

Job Summary:
The HVAC Technician plays a crucial role in supporting mechanical and HVAC asset visibility, condition assessment, and sustainment planning. This role includes:
  • Performing HVAC system condition assessments and inventory validation.
  • Identifying and correcting inventory discrepancies within timelines.
  • Providing recommendations for requirement prioritization and investment planning.
  • Supporting the development and balancing of PM plans and CM strategies.

Basic Qualifications:
- Must be a * Citizen with a current * Driver's License.
- Valid * SECRET Security Clearance.
- Minimum 5-level (or equivalent) in structures trade and 5+ years of experience.
- Fluency in English required.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with building automation systems.
- Familiarity with BUILDER assessor functions.
