Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence.
• Assist in business development initiatives by conducting market research and preparing reports to support strategic decision-making.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for executives, ensuring all logistics are efficiently managed.
• Maintain and organize confidential files and documents, ensuring easy access and confidentiality.
• Act as a liaison between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
• Prepare presentations, meeting agendas, and other documents as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in English is mandatory.
• Completion of a recognized course in secretarial studies.
• Proven experience in a business development role or similar position.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
