Interior Design Technician

We are looking for a creative interior designer with a high aesthetic sense and the ability to transform clients' ideas and needs into practical and distinctive spaces, to contribute to the development of our residential and commercial projects from the idea stage to the preparation of final designs, with experience in furniture design.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Preparing design ideas and concepts for residential and commercial projects.
• Developing plans and space distribution to achieve function and beauty.
• Preparing design mood boards and selecting colors, materials, furniture, and lighting.
• Designing and rendering 3D scenes with high quality and realism.
• Preparing executive plans and necessary details for the project.
• Preparing design presentations and presenting ideas clearly and professionally.
• Coordinating with suppliers and contractors and ensuring that the implementation conforms to the approved design.
• Visiting sites when necessary and monitoring the progress of work and the quality of execution.
• Making adjustments based on client feedback and managing design stages within the timeline.
• Continuously researching modern design materials, solutions, and trends.
