About the Role

TechPolaris is seeking a Marketing and Content Manager to join our team in Al Khobar, Eastern Region. This is a full-time position open exclusively to Saudi nationals. We are looking for a visionary leader to redefine our marketing approach, moving away from traditional methods that have not yielded the desired results.

Our Strategic Vision for Content

We operate with the strong conviction that high-quality Arabic engineering content is largely absent from the digital landscape. Individuals seeking to learn about manufacturing, applied engineering, or hands-on practical skills often resort to English-language resources. Our strategy is to build a robust network of owned content channels, rather than relying on paid advertising. This includes a dedicated channel for engineering content and separate channels for our specific products, designed to cross-promote each other. TechPolaris focuses on software and integrations, while our sister company, Manhoot, manufactures physical products. The content strategy will serve both entities, creating a cohesive ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy for TechPolaris and Manhoot from the ground up.
• Establish and manage a network of owned content channels, including a primary engineering content channel and product-specific channels.
• Lead the recruitment and development of a content team, building it according to strategic needs.
• Oversee the creation and distribution of high-quality Arabic engineering and product-related content.
• Ensure content channels effectively cross-market and support the objectives of both TechPolaris and Manhoot.
• Report directly to management, providing strategic insights and progress updates.
