Requirements:

• At least 10 years of experience in managing contracting companies within the Kingdom.
• Experience in leading and managing the company's operational, administrative, and financial operations.
• High ability to develop business and attract government and private projects.
• Experience in project management and following up on implementation according to the highest quality and safety standards.
• Excellent knowledge of the regulations and bylaws of the contracting sector in the Kingdom.
• Leadership, decision-making, and team management skills.
• Proficiency in preparing strategic plans, budgets, and performance analysis.

Key Tasks:

• Leading the company and achieving its strategic goals.
• Supervising all departments and divisions and ensuring operational efficiency.
• Developing relationships with clients, government, and strategic entities.
• Monitoring financial and operational performance and achieving targeted profitability.
• Ensuring project implementation on time and according to the highest quality standards.
• Representing the company before clients, partners, and official bodies.
