The Role of Fashion Advisor

Chalhoub Group is seeking a Fashion Advisor to join its team in Al Khobar, Eastern Region. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for achieving individual and overall sales targets while providing an exceptional guest experience. The role involves supporting customer relationship management, enhancing customer experiences, and contributing to key customer and store employee initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve individual and overall sales targets.
  • Provide an exceptional guest experience.
  • Collect data on customer behavior, best-selling, and least-selling products to inform business reviews.
  • Enhance customer relationships through a comprehensive, multi-channel approach.
  • Provide product feedback and information to customers before purchase.
  • Contribute to enhancing the employee loyalty index through participation in employee initiatives and fostering a positive store culture.
  • Ensure compliance with visual merchandising guidelines and standard operating procedures.
  • Manage the e-commerce purchase and in-store pickup process in accordance with service level agreements.
  • Ensure customer data is collected according to marketing team requirements.
  • Promote the MUSE customer loyalty program and stay updated on app offers.
  • Support in-store marketing activities.
  • Boost in-store sales.
  • Support in-store customer experience initiatives.
  • Provide feedback on effective and ineffective matters within the store.

Qualifications and Experience

To succeed in this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:

  • Preferably 0-1 year of experience in sales or customer service, ideally with luxury retail brands.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and deliver high-quality customer service.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A proactive approach to customer engagement and relationship building.
