About the Role

Zegna is seeking a Style Advisor to join our team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to our organization, focusing on transforming the store visit into a memorable luxury shopping experience. As a Brand Ambassador, the Style Advisor engages customers in the discovery of our heritage and collections, fostering lasting relationships. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience and is crucial for safeguarding the growth and longevity of the Zegna Brand.

Key Responsibilities

The Style Advisor is responsible for delivering exceptional service and contributing to the overall success of the store. This includes managing customer relationships, developing in-depth product knowledge, maintaining visual standards, and maximizing sales through operational excellence.

• Manage customer relationships and provide service during and after sales.
• Develop comprehensive knowledge of Zegna collections to advise on styling and "total looks".
• Contribute to the store's visual presentation and image.
• Maximize sales through adherence to retail operational standards.

Customer Engagement and Service Excellence

• Provide a luxury in-store customer service experience by following the Zegna Selling Flow and Mindset.
• Develop the business through networking and maintaining a customer database.
• Consult with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
• Anticipate and respond to customer needs to exceed expectations.
• Promote Zegna Su Misura (Made-to-Measure) service where appropriate.
• Utilize company technology (iPod/iPad) to enhance the luxury experience and leverage "Zegna Stories" during the selling ceremony.
• Collate accurate customer data in accordance with Zegna CRM procedures and cultivate future connections through after-sales activities.
• Resolve customer issues or complaints with empathy, adhering to Zegna customer service policies.

Product Expertise and Visual Presentation

• Develop in-depth knowledge of Zegna products, craftsmanship, fabrics, and style evolution, translating this into customer benefits.
• Advise customers on styling "total looks" including color coordination, textures, patterns, and garment functionality.
• Solicit customer feedback on products and collections, relaying insights to the Store Manager.
• Perform customer garment-fitting and alteration measurements for ready-to-wear.
• Maintain high standards of personal grooming in accordance with Zegna guidelines.
• Ensure Zegna product and gift packaging standards are met.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the store environment and product displays, ensuring visual merchandising adheres to Zegna guidelines.

Sales Performance and Store Operations

• Actively communicate customer, product, and store information within the team to meet business needs.
• Support the orientation and training of new staff or team members on new products when assigned.
• Measure personal performance using Zegna customer service and sales KPIs.
• Collaborate with the store team to execute action plans and achieve daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly sales and KPI targets.
• Adhere to Zegna store operations, time and attendance policies, and company rules in daily work.
• Follow directions on store operational tasks including stock room management, inventory, cashiering, and reporting duties.

Qualifications

• High school qualification.
• 2-5 years of experience in a similar role within luxury retail.
